I am a recent customer of Sunbelt Financial Solutions. I just wanted to say their service is second to none. I contacted them for some information regarding negative items on my reports. I spoke to Carol the owner, she explained how the FCRA was in place to help me as the consumer. She also took the time to listen to my specific needs and why I was repairing my credit.
Carol also explained a lot of different ways that the collection agencies are fraudulent in their techniques of debt collections.
I was made to understand that as soon as they receive my information they open my disputes within 48 hours. I was also made to understand some things would involve some work but to be patient.
